Application Desk

Knowing the grant exists was never the hard part. Writing the application is.

Small systems don’t miss funding because they never heard of DWSRF. They miss it because the application asks for a need statement, a budget outline, and a disadvantaged-community justification — and nobody on staff has written one before.

The Application Desk answers that with a guided question-and-answer: plain questions about your project produce the finished packet, already carrying everything Orevant knows about your system.

How it works

01

Pick a matched program

Every program you qualify for is already listed. Choose the one you want to pursue — lead funds, PFAS money, USDA, SRF forgiveness.

02

Answer the questions

Plain questions: what is the project, what does it cost, why now. No jargon, no blank page.

03

Get the packet

The template fills itself from your answers plus your system profile and compliance findings, formatted to print or hand off.

Straight answers

Is this a submitted application?

No. It produces a complete, prefilled draft you review, adjust, and submit through the agency’s own system (RD Apply, your state SRF portal, Grants.gov). We do not submit for you or represent you to an agency. What we remove is the blank page.

Why a 3-month minimum?

Because a real application cycle takes that long — drafting, your engineer’s review, board approval, and the agency’s intake window. Three months is the shortest honest window in which this pays for itself. Billing is monthly; the minimum term is three billing periods, after which you can cancel anytime from Billing in your account.

How many packets can we build?

Unlimited, across every program you match. Most systems should apply to more than one — different programs fund different parts of the same project.

Do we still need an engineer?

For construction, yes — agencies require engineered plans. The packet gives your engineer a running start and keeps their billable hours on engineering rather than narrative writing.

What if free help can do this?

Then use the free help — genuinely. RCAP, circuit riders, and state set-aside assistance help at no cost, and they are listed free in your match. The Desk is for systems that want to move now or apply to several programs.

Stop losing money to a blank page.

Unlimited application packets across every program your system matches.
